“Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God . . .”

On this weekend Centering Prayer Retreat, we will explore CP as an integral part of your 12 step recovery program. Some prior knowledge or practice of CP or other silent meditation practice is desirable, but not required. You can learn Centering Prayer and deepen your practice either way. This retreat is 12-step supported and will include at least one (open) 12-step meeting.
