About the Event​

​Contemplative Outreach of Central Iowa invites you to set aside 3 hours on this first Saturday of Lent to enjoy quiet reflection and Centering Prayer with others. The focus will be on the themes of Grounding Ourselves in the Good News of Lent. 

​

The morning will include two centering prayer sessions, a Lectio

Divina option, and time for quiet reflection. You will receive a reflection booklet--snacks and beverages will be provided. Your own journal might be a welcome addition. Contact Amy Kuehl at 515-520-1896 (amykuehl@live.com) for further information.
