Contemplative Outreach of Central Iowa invites you to set aside 3 hours on this first Saturday of Advent to enjoy quiet reflection and Centering Prayer with others.

About the event
The focus will be on the themes of the Miracle of Jesus’ coming in the Nativity. The morning will include two centering prayer sits, a Lectio Divina option and time for quiet reflection. You will receive a reflection booklet, snacks and beverages provided. Your own journal might be a welcome addition.
$15 donation accepted.
